1. Service Description

PromptRank is a free AI skills assessment that evaluates users' ability to communicate effectively and safely with AI systems. Busigurus is the paid proprietary credential available to users who pass the PromptRank assessment. The pass mark is 60 out of 100: you pass if you score 60 or more. Together, they form a complete professional development and credentialing system.

No Salary Guarantees: Rank bands and score bands are illustrative, gamified benchmarks — not based on labour-market data. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or career advancement.

Assessment Limitations: Our simulation tests specific competencies and may not reflect overall professional capability. Results should be considered as one data point among many in professional development.

3. Account Registration

To use PromptRank, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

The Busigurus credential costs £29.99 GBP as a one-time payment, charged via Stripe Checkout. It is only offered after you pass the assessment (score 60 or more out of 100). Credentials are usually issued within minutes after Stripe confirms payment. The credential is digital content supplied immediately. Before payment we ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the credential is issued (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37). If you have not yet received your credential, you may still cancel. Your rank band is based on the score you earned; payment does not change it. Your statutory rights are not affected: if the credential or its verification link is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or a refund. Please contact us about any problem.

5. Credential Verification

Each certification includes a unique verification link that can be shared with third parties. This link displays only the name you chose to show (full name or initials), your certificate number, rank band and issue date. Your email and other account details are not shown. You must enter your own real name; the name is fixed once the credential is issued and Busigurus does not check ID. We reserve the right to revoke credentials in cases of fraud or Terms violation. If your payment is refunded in full, the credential is revoked and its verify page will show it as revoked.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to manipulate or game the assessment system
Sharing assessment content or answers with others
Creating multiple accounts to retake assessments
Misrepresenting your certification status
Using automated tools to complete assessments

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including assessment scenarios, scoring algorithms, and platform design, is the property of PromptRank and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the certification.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
