How is my submission scored?
Scoring is deterministic and keyword-based. We check for data privacy awareness (anonymization, redaction), output structure (formatting, summaries), and instruction clarity. No AI model judges your response — it's transparent and repeatable.
Can I retake the assessment?
Yes, you can retry the simulation as many times as needed until you pass. Only your best score matters for certification eligibility.
What happens after I pay for certification?
Your Busigurus credential is usually issued within minutes after Stripe confirms payment. You'll receive a unique certificate number and a public verification link you can share. Payment does not change your rank band: the credential shows the band you earned from your best score (Silver 60–69, Gold 70–84, Elite 85–100).
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to your dashboard and click "Delete Account" at the bottom. This permanently removes all your data including any certifications. This action cannot be undone.
